Terms of Use
The terms for using this website, interacting with Forefront, and participating in a covered email or text messaging program.
Last updated October 11, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to the Forefront Web Technologies website and Forefront-operated products and services that expressly link to these terms. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using that service.
Product-specific terms, order forms, proposals, and service agreements may set additional requirements. For a paid project, the signed agreement controls scope, fees, delivery, support, ownership, and cancellation. These website terms do not replace that agreement. Client-owned services follow their own operator’s terms.
Using a website or accepting these terms does not, by itself, consent to SMS or promotional email.
2. Inquiries and scheduling
A project inquiry is a request for a conversation, not a purchase or binding service engagement. Selecting a preferred day or time does not reserve a calendar slot. An appointment is confirmed only after Forefront and you agree on the time and method of meeting.
Request confirmation. A received request confirms that your inquiry and communication choices were recorded for review. It does not guarantee an appointment, availability, or email delivery. Automated text messaging and promotional email are not enabled yet. You can also contact info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com.
3. Responsible use
Provide accurate information and use the site and covered products for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate others, submit someone else’s phone number without authorization, send spam, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
You must have authority to act for an organization when submitting a request on its behalf. Product accounts, access rules, and eligibility requirements are defined in the applicable product’s terms. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the security of a service.
4. Content and intellectual property
Forefront’s branding, original website content, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute our materials or use our marks without permission.
Client names, examples, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Ownership and licenses for project deliverables are established in the applicable service agreement.
You retain rights in information and materials you provide. You permit us to use those materials as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide an agreed service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Email communications
Forefront may reply to requests by email and, for a covered product, send relevant account, appointment, security, transaction, and support messages as described in that product. Promotional email is optional and separate from those service communications.
If you separately subscribe, promotional email may include Forefront product news, service updates, or offers. Frequency varies. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com. Opt-out requests will be honored within the period required by applicable law. Necessary communications about an active service or request may continue.
6. SMS program terms
Program and message types
The Forefront Web Technologies inquiry and appointment program is intended for people who specifically opt in to receive texts about their submitted inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, and related customer support. This program does not include promotional text messages.
A Forefront-operated product may offer its own named SMS program, such as user-requested verification codes, account notifications, or service alerts. The product’s enrollment disclosure must identify the sender, program, and actual message types. These terms apply only when that product expressly links to them. Promotional SMS, if offered, requires separate express consent.
Your consent and choices
SMS consent must be affirmative and specific to the disclosed program. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a number or agreeing to website terms does not automatically authorize texts. Consent is not transferred between unrelated products or brands. You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the number you enroll.
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, account activity, and the program you join. Any more specific frequency is disclosed at enrollment. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Forefront does not charge a separate fee for the inquiry program. Your carrier’s charges are your responsibility.
Messages may be delivered using automated technology. Delivery depends on the carrier, network, and your device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency service, and you should not send passwords or sensitive information by text.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to the number that sends a live program’s messages to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation; no further messages will be sent through that opted-out program unless you separately re-enroll. If a sending number serves more than one program, a STOP request may stop all messages from that number. Contact us for help with your preferences.
You can also request removal at info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com. Let us know if your number changes or is reassigned. Re-enrollment requires a fresh opt-in through the relevant program.
How to get help
Reply HELP to a live program’s sending number, email info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com, or call (732) 508-7504. Refer to the product notice for any product-specific support channel. Automated SMS delivery and STOP/HELP keyword processing are not enabled through this website yet.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging providers process information only to deliver and support the program on our behalf. Read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may link to client websites or other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content or operation. An example project does not guarantee a particular outcome for your project.
8. Availability and limitations
Website information is provided for general business information. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but the website and any preview features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular business result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forefront is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer rights, or replaces any warranty or liability provision in a signed service agreement.
9. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as features and services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. An updated policy does not create SMS or marketing consent.
For website, terms, email, or SMS questions, contact Forefront Web Technologies at info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
